TRAINING AND RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Jobs Responsibility

  • Create employee fulfillment strategy for branches in East Java
  • Recruit employees for branches using appropriate recruitment tools
  • Develop and regularly update training policies and procedures
  • Conduct TNA, develop training materials based on the needs and deliver training
  • Ensure that all employees are provided with required skills and knowledge for their job
  • Conduct training evaluations based on the agreed standard
  • Prepare and maintain training budget
  • Liaise with external training provider for special training
  • Develop motivational program for employees
  • Develop internal communicationmedia for employees

Requirement

  • Minimum S1 from any discipline
  • 3 or more years relevant experiences from banking, insurance, multi finance or microfinance industry is more preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken english
  • Demonstrate good records of developing and delivering training
  • Have experience in recruiting staffs and able to use appropriate recruitment tools
  • Excellent computer skill
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to be relocated in East Java
