RECRUITMENT STAFF
Responsibilities :
– Assist the HR process including but not limited to excellent planning, coordinating and performing recruitment and selection, shortlist candidates, coordinate interview with user.
– Responsible for all HR administration related to recruitment process
– Responsible for induction process for new employee
Requirements :
– Minimum 1 year experience in HR recruitment, or fresh graduate with intership experience in recruitment area
– Being careful, detail oriented, well organized
– High level of verbal and written English skills
– Proactive, outgoing and open personalities
– Good communicator with strong interpersonal and communication skills
– Will beplaced in South Jakarta
