The Student Executive Board (BEM) is a high-level student executive body at the Faculty of Psychology that functions as an implementing agency and coordinator of student activities at the faculty level. BEM acts as a forum for developing student potential both internally and externally. With 1 team, 2 bureaus and 9 divisions, the BEM Meraki Karsa 2024 Cabinet grows every day in line with student needs. With a spirit of service, BEM also participates in monitoring hot issues such as socio-politics, research, entrepreneurship, the natural environment, interests and talents, and cadre development. Through the vision and mission created by BEM, it is hoped that every leader and psychology student can optimise the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely Education, Research, and Community Service, which we synergise with the three basic functions of BEM, namely Employment, Service, and Movement.
Every year, BEM actively assists the Faculty in training organisational skills and honing leadership, management, character building and self-development skills for its students in order to create professional cadres in the future through activities such as Pre-Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-PD), Basic Student Management Skills Training (LKMMD), Leadership Training (LT), and the School for Psychology Practitioners (SP3). BEM also encourages its students to actively participate in developing their potential through the Career Plan programme: Job Fair, Magenta Market Day (M2D), CLISE, Tritaclass, and the Indonesian Psychology Student Conference (KMPI).
