Alumni of the Faculty of Psychology at Diponegoro University have proven their tangible contributions in various fields related to human and community development. Graduates of the Faculty of Psychology at Undip occupy strategic positions across the government, industrial, mental health, and educational sectors. Some of them have achieved remarkable accomplishments and have been entrusted with important responsibilities at the national level. Their achievements reflect that the psychology education at the Faculty of Psychology Diponegoro University not only produces competent graduates, but also leaders of change who bring positive impacts on individual well-being and societal advancement

Iin Indriyani Fitriya, S.Psi.

A graduate of the Bachelor’s Program in Psychology (Class of 2004), she currently serves as Vice President of Regional Human Capital Services for Java, Madura, and Bali at PT PLN (Persero) Headquarters. Since joining PLN in 2005, she has demonstrated a high level of dedication and professional competence in human resource management, earning the trust to assume a strategic leadership position within one of Indonesia’s largest state-owned enterprises (BUMN).

In addition to actively fulfilling her professional responsibilities, she continues to enhance her competencies through active participation in various company programs, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning and strengthening leadership capacity building. Her career journey exemplifies the synergy between her academic background in psychology and the practical application of human resource management in a national scale organization.

Maria Alexandra Leonora Marcus, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog, M.H.R.M.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (Class of 2006), she has been serving at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia since 2010. With a strong academic foundation in psychology, Sandra began her career as an HR Generalist at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, then took on a strategic role as a counselor and pioneer of the Ministry of Finance Counseling Service from 2011 to the present. Based on her impressive track record, Sandra was entrusted with the position of Head of Competency Development subdivision at the same agency from 2019 to 2023.

Subsequently, from 2024 to the present, Sandra has held the position of HR Auditor at the same agency. In addition to her institutional duties, she is also known as a speaker, trainer, interpreter, and validator in various human resource development activities at institutions such as PKN STAN and the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Her work reflects the synergy between psychological expertise and organizational needs in building a healthy, professional, and adaptive work system.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (Class of 2015) who has developed a career in human capital with experience across various leading national companies. He began his journey as a Talent Acquisition Staff at PT Lativi Mediakarya (TV One) in 2016, then joined Angkasa Pura as a Human Capital Generalist in 2017, and in the same year continued his career at Garuda Indonesia as a Human Capital Analyst. Due to his dedication and competence, since 2023 Thrias has been entrusted with the position of Career Management Department Head at the national airline. He also holds several professional certifications, such as Human Capital Management BNSP and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), which support his role in designing employee career management strategies and sustainable human resource development.

Wima Ary, S.Psi.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (Class of 2005), she has pursued a career in the banking sector since 2006 and has a track record of leadership in various strategic positions. From 2022 to 2024, she served as Branch Manager of Bank DKI Semarang Branch Office, after previously serving as Head of Funds and Services Section at the Semarang Regional Office of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) from 2015 to 2021. Armed with extensive experience in the financial sector and banking services, Wima also strengthened his competence with a Level 2 Banking Risk Management certification from BSMR. Wima is currently involved in the world of investment, having joined Mirae Asset Sekuritas in 2025. The combination of her background in psychology and her expertise in banking makes Wima an adaptive, analytical leader who is focused on team development and excellent service.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (Class of 2005), she has devoted nearly two decades of her career to strategic human capital management and industrial and organizational psychology. Since joining PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Pusri) in 2006, she has been entrusted with various important positions, including Vice President of People Development & Organization (2021–2024), Senior Officer for Finance & GA Director (2024), and currently Chair of the Pusri Social Education Foundation. Her commitment to human development is not only reflected in her professional roles but also through her active involvement as a speaker, trainer, and volunteer in various activities. As a passionate advocate for human capital, she continues to drive organizational transformation through strategic planning for education and sustainable human resource development.

Helmy Hadi Hidayat, S.Psi.

An alumnus of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (Class of 2008), he is a human capital practitioner who has built a career spanning more than a decade in the pharmaceutical industry. His experience and dedication in managing human resources have earned him the trust to hold the strategic position of Manager of Operational Human Capital & Industrial Relations at PT Phapros, Tbk. since 2021. His work reflects the strong application of psychological science in supporting organizational management, harmonious industrial relations, and employee development in a dynamic and competitive industrial environment.

A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology at Diponegoro University, class of 2010, she has built an outstanding career in the field of Human Resources for over 14 years. She began her professional journey as a Recruitment Officer at PT Kompas Gramedia in 2011, and subsequently held various strategic positions across multiple industries. Since 2024, Eva has served as the HRBP Development & Project Division Head at Integra Group, a leading wooden furniture manufacturing company, after previously holding the role of Corporate Human Capital Division Head at Purinar Logistics. With expertise in recruitment, talent management, training program development, and industrial relations, Eva is recognized as a leader who is able to align HR strategies with business objectives to create a productive and sustainable work culture. She is also active as a trainer and holds various professional certifications, such as BNSP Training for Trainer and Certified Assessor Assessment Center, further strengthening her contribution to developing high-quality human resources.

Sri Malahayati, S.Psi., M.M., PCC.

She is an experienced professional in human resource development with a successful track record in the multinational life insurance industry. With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (graduated in 2003), she has expertise in workforce planning, organizational culture implementation, learning and development, coaching, and talent acquisition. She also holds an international PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Global, USA. For her achievements, Sri Malahayati was recognized as one of Indonesia’s future leaders in the field of HR, ranking third in the Indonesia’s HR Future Leader event organized by SWA Magazine and the University of Indonesia in December 2014.

Firman, S.Psi., M.M., is a professional in the field of marketing communications with more than 13 years of experience in various leading companies. A graduate of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (Class of 2005), he then continued his studies in Business Management, which strengthened his understanding of consumer behavior and effective marketing strategy execution. His career journey includes strategic roles at Indosat, Selular Group, and Nexmedia before founding #Next Brand and developing various creative projects in the digital media industry. He also led the development and operations of frank green retail in Indonesia, introducing the international brand through innovative marketing approaches. Additionally, he previously led Oppal Multi-Platform Media and currently serves as CEO of Maestro Nexindo Indonesia, integrating creativity with sustainable business practices in every professional step he takes

Amy Zein, S.Psi.

Amy Zein is an alumnus of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University (Class of 1996), known as one of the Top 10 contestants on MasterChef Indonesia Season 6. With a multi-talented career, she has worked as a radio host at 95.1 Kis FM and is active as an MC, TV host, and Public Speaking Trainer. Her passion for the culinary world drives her to continue creating through various cooking activities, creative content, and collaborations in the food industry. With a background in psychology and extensive experience in the field of communication, Amy is known as a warm, energetic, and inspiring figure in hosting events and conducting public training sessions.

Fredi Juli Saputro, S.Psi. is an alumnus of the Faculty of Psychology at UNDIP, class of 2010, a professional in the field of human resources and a culinary entrepreneur. He currently works in the HR department at PT Indonesia Power, after previously gaining experience as a recruiter at various companies, which strengthened his expertise in human resource management. Beyond his corporate career, he is also known as the owner of Bobakar, a growing culinary business. The combination of his psychological expertise, professional experience, and entrepreneurial spirit makes him a dynamic individual capable of effectively managing multiple roles.

Widya Rostin, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog

Widya Rostin, S.Psi., M.Psi., Psikolog, is an alumnus of the Faculty of Psychology, Diponegoro University, class of 2002, who continued her education in the Professional Master’s Program in Psychology. She has over 10 years of experience in psychological practice, with a broad focus on services encompassing both psychological assessment and intervention. Widya is also certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Level II, an effective psychotherapy method for trauma healing. Currently, in addition to practicing as a psychologist, she also serves as CEO of Hanabita Consulting, where she develops professional psychology services.
