Requirements :
1.) Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, from any field study especially from reputable university.
2.) Candidates have at least 15 years of working experience, with 5 years experience as HR & GA Manager, preferably from reputable property and developer company.
3.) Age between 35 to 45 years old.
4.) Have experience in HR general operation, especially in mall operation management or hospitality.
5.) Have a good interpersonal communication skill and good leadership to manage the team.
Responsibilities :
1.) Developed and implemented strategy in Human Resources and General Affairs area.
2.) Managed and supervised all operation activities in Human Resources and General Affairs area.
3.) To ensure all HR policies implemented and compliance with HR Directorate at Head Office.
4.) Reported directly to the COO and the CEO.
