Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. S2 Psychology
- Min. 2 years experiences in the similar position
- Computer literate: Internet, Microsoft Office & HR/Integrated System (added value)
- Having knowledge on Recruitment
- Personnel Administration, Training, Indonesian Labor Law, ISO 9001 (added value)
- Good communication & leadership skills
- A team player and able to maintain good working relationship with people at all levels
- Must be proactive, enthusiastic, flexible & have a positive attitude
- Love challenge & study hard
- Honesty & integrity is must
