Now we are hiring Talent Sourcing Officer.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement candidate sourcing activities
- Build and maintain relationship with institutions and recruitment agencies
- Responsible to conduct mass recruitment, campus hiring, job fair, etc
- Manage and handle implementationof a corporate internship program.
- Responsible in any activities related to employer branding, including handle social media activities
Qualifications :
- Male, max. 35 years old
- Min. bachelor degree in any major
- Fluent in English
- 2 – 3 years experiences in Human Capital, esp. Rescruitment (preferably from Telco Industry)
- Target oriented and willing to learn
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
