Requirements:
• Min. bachelor degree majoring Psychology or Human Resources Management.
• At least three (3) years of experience in human resources, as well as development and training experience.
• Have good communication skills, analytical and critical thinking skills, the ability to influence others, and manage change.
• Have an organisational skills and the ability to understand detailed information.
• Have an interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels.
• Able to work under pressure.
Job Description:
• Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
• Recruiting staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Developing and implementing performance management, talent management, and knowledge management.
• Developing HR planning strategies.
